A masterpiece written by Malcolm Gladwell which I keep re-read. I couldn't agree more to the idea that "a big change starts from the small ones". My personal experience having Change Management as part of my job descriptions say it all. Unfortunately, (perhaps) if many of us have read it, our local management says revenue always comes first. Therefore everything has to be big all the way from it starts.
