this book is about the life story of Chavoret Jaruboon, the last executioner in Bang Kwang Prison in Thailand, who shot-dead 55 prisoners until 2003, when lethal injection finally replaced the execution by gun. He has too much passion in music, and started a career as musician at young age. Raised by a single-father who wanted him to be a teacher (if not mistaken) he ended up living a glamorous life with numbers of music band before ended up broke and worked in the prison as a guard. he climbed the rank from being a guard, to the highest as the executioner.
